Metablog
This page lists examples of topics for future essay-length posts on this weblog. At present, items include:
- Money is not a value – Although business-value is often measured in monetary terms, money itself is one of the least-useful metrics for business management: we need to identify the real business values to guide business decisions.
- There are no rights – How responsibilities, not ‘rights’, need to be the core of governance within the enterprise.
- The trust economy – Businesses and governments alike most often focus on money as the core of ‘the economy’, but business actually depends on two other parallel ‘economies’ – attention, and trust – without which nothing happens.
Expect this list to change over time, as posts for these topics are added to the main weblog, and new ideas and themes are added to the list.
There is no set sequence for any of these intended posts, but if you’d like to assign a priority for these or any other topics, please let us know via the Contacts page.
